We work to ensure you get the order as fast as possible! hotRAGS ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions. For P.O. Boxes, we currently only offer Standard Shipping. We currently do not offer International deliveries. We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days and will arrive within 3-7 days. No refunds on initial shipping.
Pricing online may differ than pricing in our stores. Sales and clearance items may differ from store to store and also online. Our inventory is always changing! Price adjustments will not be offered if there is a difference.

RETURNS - All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your order. You have 30 days from the date marked on the original packing list to request a return. hotRAGS.com purchases cannot be returned in store, unless prior approval has been granted.
EXCHANGE - You can request for an exchange within 30 days of order delivery. Please note you cannot exchange an item for a higher priced item. If it is a size issue, we'd be happy to ensure you find the size that will fit you.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, BASED ON PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Body Jewelry, Jewelry, Tools, Food, Candy, Swimsuits, Underwear and any other items that may be unsanitary.
The fine print:
At this time, hotRAGS.com does not provide return shipping labels unless our warehouse sent the incorrect item (different from what you ordered). No refunds on initial shipping.
hotRAGS.com also cannot accept returns or exchanges from items purchased at other retailers. Only items purchased from www.hotrags.com can be exchanged or returned.
hotRAGS.com only accepts items that are returned or exchanged in salable condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges that have been previously worn and/or washed. It is hotRAGS.com discretion as to whether the item has been worn or not.
Although rare, things may happen, and you may receive a defective item. If you receive a defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org a picture of the defect and we will reply as soon as possible.
After our warehouse receives your return or exchange, we will promptly refund your payment. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund, minus the initial shipping charge, will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
