Simply heat up Warmies in your microwave for up to 90 sec. Ensure that your microwave is clean, and your turntable can rotate freely. Use the heating guide attached to your Warmies for proper heating time. Enjoy the soothing warmth for up to 2 hours, reheat when the product is at room temperature. To use as an icepack, place your Warmies within a grip seal freezer bag and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. This will help to ease bruises and sprains and also reduce temperature.
Contains carefully selected organic filling material and dried French lavender. Surface wash only with a lightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse in water, or wash in a washing machine, as this will harm the filling material. Find more use and care information on our Care Guide page.

Boxes, we currently only offer Standard Shipping. We currently do not offer International deliveries. We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days and will arrive within 3-7 days. No refunds on initial shipping.

RETURNS - All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your order. You have 30 days from the date marked on the original packing list to request a return. hotRAGS.com purchases cannot be returned in store, unless prior approval has been granted.
EXCHANGE - You can request for an exchange within 30 days of order delivery. Please note you cannot exchange an item for a higher priced item. If it is a size issue, we'd be happy to ensure you find the size that will fit you.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, BASED ON PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Body Jewelry, Jewelry, Tools, Food, Candy, Swimsuits, Underwear and any other items that may be unsanitary.

At this time, hotRAGS.com does not provide return shipping labels unless our warehouse sent the incorrect item (different from what you ordered). No refunds on initial shipping.
hotRAGS.com also cannot accept returns or exchanges from items purchased at other retailers. Only items purchased from www.hotrags.com can be exchanged or returned.
hotRAGS.com only accepts items that are returned or exchanged in salable condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges that have been previously worn and/or washed. It is hotRAGS.com discretion as to whether the item has been worn or not.
Although rare, things may happen, and you may receive a defective item. If you receive a defective item, please email info@hotrags.com a picture of the defect and we will reply as soon as possible.
After our warehouse receives your return or exchange, we will promptly refund your payment. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund, minus the initial shipping charge, will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
