hotRAGS.comย only accepts items that are returned or exchanged inย salableย condition.ย We do not accept returns or exchanges that have been previously worn and/or washed. It isย hotRAGS.com discretion as to whether the item has been worn or not.
Although rare, things may happen,ย and you may receive a defective item. If you receive a defective item, please emailย info@hotrags.com a picture of the defect and we will reply as soon as possible.
After our warehouse receives your return or exchange, we will promptly refund your payment. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund, minus the initial shipping charge, will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
