Safe for all Ages
Simply heat up Warmies in your microwave for up to 90 sec. Ensure that your microwave is clean, and your turntable can rotate freely. Use the heating guide attached to your Warmies for proper heating time. Enjoy the soothing warmth for up to 2 hours, reheat when the product is at room temperature. To use as an icepack, place your Warmies within a grip seal freezer bag and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. This will help to ease bruises and sprains and also reduce temperature.
Contains carefully selected organic filling material and dried French lavender. Surface wash only with a lightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse in water, or wash in a washing machine, as this will harm the filling material.

SHIPPING hotRAGS ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories and possessions. We currently do not offer international shipping. Most orders are ready to ship within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Depending on your order and destination, we may ship through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping to a P.O. Box? No problem! Standard Shipping is currently our only available option for P.O. Box addresses. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
ONLINE VS. IN-STORE PRICING
With new stuff constantly coming and going, our inventory is always changing! Prices, promotions, sales, clearance merchandise, and availability may be different on hotRAGS.com than at your local hotRAGS store. They may also vary between store locations. Because of these differences, we are unable to offer price adjustments between online and in-store purchases.
RETURNS
Changed your mind? No problem. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're still in salable condition and haven't been worn or washed.
Online purchases made through hotRAGS.com cannot be returned to one of our stores unless you've received prior approval.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
EXCHANGES
Wrong size? Let us help! You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items cannot be exchanged for merchandise with a higher price.
SORRY, SOME ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry, jewelry, tools, food, candy, swimsuits, underwear, or other merchandise that may be considered unsanitary.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue an eligible refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping charge.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return. Your financial institution may take additional time, up to two billing cycles, to show the refund on your statement.
